- Architect data ecosystems for scalability resilience and future readiness
- Build engineering culture and capability maturity models
- Build solution architecture and delivery cost proposals
- Create and scale data AI agentic AI centers of excellence
- Define agentic AI led delivery models
- Define governance frameworks for data quality lineage and access controls
- Define patterns for multi agent systems and RAG pipelines
- Deliver automation and intelligent workflows
- Design and implement agentic AI and LLM based solutions
- Drive data transformations and cloud migrations
- Drive enterprise partnerships with cloud and AI providers
- Embed data governance controls into data engineering pipelines
- Ensure privacy PII compliance and security standards
- Implement AI governance practices and guardrails
- Lead RFP and RFI solutioning for large deals
- Lead and mentor cross-functional delivery teams
- Lead end-to-end data engineering delivery
- Own delivery governance quality timelines and client satisfaction
