Tasks
- Collect tenant feedback and contribute to product and feature enhancements
- Create and maintain documentation and knowledge base runbooks and FAQs
- Diagnose and resolve AI application issues
- Educate teams on best practices for using AI models and responsible AI
- Monitor platform usage errors and limits and recommend improvements
- Provide day to day technical support for AI models APIs and applications
- Support tenant onboarding and enablement for new teams and use cases
- Triaging issues escalate defects and provide problem context
- Troubleshoot API integrations authentication permissions and configuration
