Assembly - Fulfillment Project Coordinator
Tasks
- Assist in daily shift transition meetings
- Conduct quality inspection of finished product
- Coordinate first article inspections
- Coordinate materials for assembly startup
- Coordinate order status communication with stakeholders
- Coordinate safety committee activities
- Coordinate small parcel shipping with UPS and FedEx
- Create job folders with parts lists and checklists
- Develop and maintain SOPs and ISO work instructions
- Educate personnel on safety practices
- Enforce OSHA compliance
- Enforce PPE usage
- Enter job costing hours into Imaginera
- Estimate daily labor needs
- Identify hazards using safety data sheets
- Investigate part shortages and discrepancies in ERP
- Maintain fulfillment production schedule in Excel
- Monitor and report waste and damaged components
- Organize assembly station layout using lean manufacturing
- Oversee kitting staging of assembly components
- Oversee print room production for labels and instructions
- Perform cycle counting and inventory audits
- Perform product dimension measurement
- Provide updated project schedules to shifts
- Reconcile SKU and quantity in ERP for shipping
- Reconcile customer bill of materials with ERP orders
- Reconcile project schedule with production reports
- Reconcile timesheets and labor hours
- Support month end reporting and work in progress purging
- Track job progress
- Update completed job records and analyze gain loss
- Validate small parcel labels
