Associate Director of Welcome Center Operations & Visitor Experience – Enrollment Management
Tasks
- Assess tour effectiveness using visitor feedback
- Collaborate with campus partners to support visitor programs
- Collect and analyze visitor feedback and operational data
- Coordinate faculty staff and student participation
- Coordinate visitor logistics and event support
- Develop operational procedures
- Ensure customer service excellence
- Evaluate visitor feedback to improve programs
- Improve operational efficiency and service quality
- Maintain and update tour content and training materials
- Manage Welcome Center operations
- Monitor key performance indicators
- Oversee campus tours and visit programs
- Plan staffing schedules and service standards
- Prepare reports on visitor programs and operations
- Represent Welcome Center on campus committees
- Supervise and coach professional and student staff
