Tasks
- Coach and mentor programming staff
- Deliver milestone analysis and regulatory submission packages
- Develop review and implement GSP policies and SOPs
- Ensure end to end statistical programming execution
- Implement programming strategies and functional standards
- Lead process improvement initiatives
- Monitor and utilize assigned staff resources
- Plan and monitor project progress
- Provide hands on support to product areas
- Provide input for resource plans and budgets
- Provide input into staff career development plans
- Support study and system audits and inspections
