Tasks
- Communicate with vendors and 3PLs
- Conduct quality oversight
- Coordinate fulfillment operations
- Coordinate with internal teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure warehouse process accuracy
- Manage inventory integrity and transfers
- Monitor order processing workflow
- Oversee receiving and putaway
- Support picking packing shipping and transport
- Support warehouse network openings closings relocations
- Track performance metrics
- Visit fulfillment sites monthly
