Convo & Agentic AI Developer -Senior Associate
INR 2500K-5000K (estimate) Senior-level Full Time
Tasks
- Analyze application and system performance and optimize scalability reliability and maintainability
- Apply prompt engineering guardrails and evaluation frameworks for accurate safe responses
- Configure and tune IVR call flows and ASR grammar and voice biometrics
- Deploy test and support bots and agents in production environments
- Design and build LLM powered agents with tool and API invocation
- Design build and maintain intents entities dialog flows and NLU models for chatbots and voicebots
- Develop end to end applications for contact center operations with front end backend and data layers
- Implement RAG pipelines connecting agents to knowledge bases CRM ticketing and backend systems
- Implement authentication authorization and secure data exchange patterns
- Implement backend business logic orchestration layers and serverless functions for workflows
- Integrate conversational solutions with CRM ticketing telephony and backend systems using APIs webhooks
- Manage defects through triage root cause analysis and resolution
- Monitor bot performance and retrain tune NLU models using production utterances
- Orchestrate multi agent workflows with handoffs and human in the loop
- Participate in solution design reviews and code reviews and best practice implementations
- Support deployment environment configuration and release activities with DevOps
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
- Write test and iterate conversation scripts prompts and fallback escalation
