- Architect real time ingestion and CDC
- Build and lead cross-functional engineering teams
- Build event driven microservices on AWS
- Build fault tolerant distributed data pipelines
- Define AI enabled ingestion platform strategy
- Define data contracts and metadata management
- Design scalable data models and schemas
- Drive AIOps and agent driven automation
- Drive DevSecOps encryption access control compliance
- Enforce data quality, lineage, and governance
- Establish engineering standards and reusable frameworks
- Implement CI CD GitOps and release engineering
- Implement pipeline observability and reliability metrics
- Introduce AI assisted engineering across data SDLC
- Manage delivery risks and cross program dependencies
- Manage pipeline orchestration and dependencies
- Mentor senior and staff engineers
- Own batch and streaming data ingestion architecture
- Partner with stakeholders on roadmaps and prioritization
- Standardize lakehouse table and file formats
- Use AWS Bedrock for ingestion intelligence
- Use infrastructure as code for platform components
