Tasks
- Communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences
- Create and deploy standard practices for operations technicians and contractors
- Ensure safety compliance for contractors and Amazon personnel
- Manage facility workflows using CMMS
- Manage infrastructure improvement projects from design to delivery
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of data center mechanical and electrical equipment
- Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures
- Serve as escalation point for facility related issues
- Train and mentor engineering operations technicians
- Troubleshoot and report facility and server events within SLA
