Tasks
- Communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences
- Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures
- Create deploy and manage standard practices for technicians and contractors
- Ensure safety compliance for contractors and Amazon personnel
- Lead facility infrastructure improvement projects from design to delivery
- Manage and track project milestones costs and deliverables
- Manage facility workflows using CMMS
- Oversee data center mechanical electrical operations and maintenance
- Perform corrective interventions and incident response
- Perform planned preventive maintenance
- Provide training and mentoring to engineering operations technicians
- Troubleshoot and report facility events within SLA timelines
