Tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs
- Define DORA metrics deployment frequency lead time change failure rate and mean time to recovery
- Define and enforce quality standards frameworks and tooling
- Drive adoption of data management analytics and AI automation best practices
- Drive test automation shift left testing and continuous quality practices
- Ensure IT General Controls compliance for change management access controls computer operations program development
- Ensure data governance compliance
- Establish enterprise quality strategy in software development lifecycle
- Establish quality gates for production stability
- Improve delivery performance with tooling and observability infrastructure
- Lead data engineering analytics and AI automation solutions
- Maintain ITGC documentation evidence and control narratives for SOX
- Manage and mentor data engineering data science and analytics teams
- Oversee data architecture for integrity security and scalability
- Own DORA reporting targets and cadence
- Remediate ITGC deficiencies with root cause analysis
- Report quality health defect rates test coverage and release readiness
- Use DORA data to identify delivery bottlenecks
