- Drive planning prioritization and execution
- Establish operating rhythm for decision-making
- Facilitate collaboration to remove organizational friction
- Identify risks dependencies opportunities
- Lead organizational effectiveness and employee engagement initiatives
- Partner with HR communications and enablement teams
- Prepare executive communications and briefing materials
- Represent chief data scientist in forums and initiatives
- Run governance routines for priorities dependencies and risks
- Serve as trusted advisor to chief data scientist
- Shape long-term data science operating model
- Strengthen planning and execution with product and technology
- Support adoption of new ways of working
- Track progress and ensure leadership commitments delivery
- Translate decisions into executed actions
