Sr Software Quality Engineer (Exp w/ AI Techniques)
Tasks
- Analyze performance bottlenecks with observability and APM
- Architect and maintain automation frameworks for API backend and system testing
- Build automated quality signals from tests telemetry logs metrics
- Collaborate with architecture and DevOps to improve reliability
- Contribute to SAFe Agile Release Trains in a senior technical role
- Create automation reporting and dashboards
- Define automation and quality enablers in backlog refinement
- Design AI driven quality automation solutions
- Develop reusable test utilities and data orchestration tools
- Embed automation performance and quality objectives into PI planning
- Establish performance baselines and validate SLAs SLOs
- Execute performance load and stress testing strategies
- Generate ML LLM assisted test cases
- Implement shift left and shift right quality strategies
- Integrate automation into CI CD pipelines with quality gates
- Lead root cause analysis for quality performance and reliability issues
- Mentor engineers on automation best practices and quality engineering principles
- Perform production performance validation with telemetry feedback loops
- Select prioritize and optimize regression tests
