Technical Lead Embedded Software Engineering
Tasks
- Act as technical escalation point for embedded or system level issues
- Architect firmware integrated with custom hardware sensors and control systems
- Build and maintain benchtop development setups
- Debug complex system issues using bench tools
- Develop and maintain device drivers and communication stacks
- Ensure real time performance reliability and mission critical requirements
- Lead embedded and firmware system design development and optimization
- Lead technical design reviews and roadmap planning
- Mentor engineers on firmware architecture and debugging best practices
- Perform testing and debugging for system functionality reliability and safety
- Review schematics and PCB layouts for firmware impacts
- Streamline and document software processes and establish best practices
- Write and review RTOS based firmware
