Frontier Agent Engineering Manager, Enterprise
Tasks
- Architect multi-agent systems
- Build and maintain prompt libraries and templates
- Build data connectors and ETL pipelines
- Create prompt engineering strategies
- Debug issues across data pipelines and model outputs
- Deploy and configure AI models and agents
- Design and implement custom integrations
- Design human-in-the-loop workflows
- Develop production grade AI agents
- Document technical architectures and integration patterns
- Implement RAG systems
- Implement evaluation frameworks for agent performance
- Implement fine-tuning pipelines
- Lead cross functional collaboration with data scientists ML engineers and developers
- Partner with enterprise customers to assess infrastructure and requirements
- Prototype solutions for new customer use cases
- Run prompt experimentation and AB testing
- Translate customer needs into product improvements
