Tasks
- Ensure warehouse policies contractual requirements and FDA procedures are followed
- Lead outbound operations
- Maintain safe clean organized compliant work environment
- Manage day to day distribution center operations
- Manage employee hiring training scheduling and coaching
- Manage labor and operating costs within budget
- Manage performance management and attendance management
- Manage warehouse management system operations
- Monitor shipping performance using KPIs
- Oversee barcode scanning and warehouse technology use
- Oversee picking packing moving and shipping accuracy
- Plan staffing schedules and overtime
- Review operational reports to manage staffing productivity quality and workflow
- Support customer service with shipment issues
- Support inventory control and loss prevention
- Track shipping accuracy inbound receiving outbound shipping returns and inventory integrity
- Verify cleaning records and compliance documentation
