Tasks
- Adjust plans in real-time
- Build and maintain labor reporting dashboards
- Develop and coach wave planners
- Lead wave planning and execution
- Manage wave capacity and downstream constraints
- Own labor planning
- Partner with operations managers on execution strategy
- Release work in WMS
- Standardize planning processes across shifts
- Support WMS enhancements
- Translate forecast inputs into staffing plans
- Work cross functionally to resolve constraints
