Fulfillment Supervisor, Green Pointe
Tasks
- Allocate labor to meet volume demands and productivity targets
- Analyze productivity and quality data for improvement
- Communicate operational constraints and capacity updates
- Conduct performance evaluations and corrective actions
- Coordinate with assembly inventory control systems and transportation teams
- Drive daily and weekly performance metrics achievement
- Enforce SQF and food safety compliance
- Ensure accurate and timely customer and wholesale order processing
- Ensure adherence to safety policies and GMP standards
- Escalate systemic risks and recommend corrective actions
- Lead fulfillment operations including picking packing and shipping
- Lead onboarding and training for new and seasonal employees
- Maintain audit ready conditions within fulfillment areas
- Manage shift level cost per unit and throughput performance
- Monitor workflow and remove operational barriers
- Promote safety and quality accountability culture
- Supervise coach and manage associate performance
