Assembly/Fulfillment Project Coordinator
Tasks
- Assist month end reporting and work in progress tracking
- Coordinate distribution and small parcel shipping using UPS and FedEx
- Coordinate materials and processes for assembly and fulfillment project start up
- Coordinate print room production with fulfillment scheduling
- Coordinate safety committee activities and PPE compliance
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures
- Investigate parts shortages and discrepancies in ERP
- Lead daily transition meetings between shifts
- Maintain fulfillment production schedule in Excel
- Monitor productivity and variances
- Organize assembly station layout using lean manufacturing
- Perform first article inspections
- Reconcile SKU quantity with ERP system
- Reconcile customer bill of materials with ERP orders
- Reconcile job progress with project schedule
- Review safety data sheets and educate personnel
- Stage kitting components for assembly
- Support cycle counting and inventory audits
- Support job costing in Imaginera
- Validate freight service levels and parcel labels
