- Align industry delivery and platform teams to maximize scale and impact
- Define and execute European AI first strategy and roadmap
- Deliver regional reuse of AI assets accelerators platforms and patterns
- Drive adoption of genAI at scale and agentic systems
- Drive responsible secure compliant AI deployments
- Embed engineering standards and lifecycle governance
- Ensure compliance with AI governance ethics security and regulatory standards
- Ensure predictable high quality delivery of large scale AI transformation programs
- Lead AI led revenue growth and pipeline development
- Shape major European AI pursuits and provide executive guidance
