Senior Staff Engineer, Software Embedded Applications (R5068)
Tasks
- Build tools for continuous integration release testing and data analysis
- Capture existing architecture and design future architectures
- Create prototypes to validate design concepts and feasibility
- Define and extend systems engineering processes
- Design tests for virtualized hardware and hardware in the loop
- Develop embedded C C++ code for avionics
- Develop sensor and subsystem interface software
- Integrate firmware software testing verification autonomy AI and GCS components
- Integrate software from multiple departments
- Lead architecture initiatives
- Lead cross functional software feature development
- Lead software architecture update design
- Own software capabilities from design to production
- Perform design and code reviews
- Report status risks accomplishments and expectations to leadership
