Inbound Fulfillment Leader
Tasks
- Build and execute material flow strategies
- Coach and develop team leaders and staff
- Coordinate with production leaders for material timing
- Develop plans to improve targeted goals
- Ensure compliance with labor environment and safety rules
- Ensure receiving inventory and staging components
- Ensure standard operating procedures compliance
- Lead material services team
- Manage safety quality delivery and efficiency
- Monitor key performance indicators
- Plan project coordination and improvement activities
- Promote 5S and continuous improvement
- Scale strategy using autonomous mobile robot fleets
