SASE Operations and Support Engineer
Tasks
- Assign or escalate requests for NOS and SASE teams
- Collect and provide client logs and PCAPs for investigations
- Create KBAs for SDWAN Private Access and cloud exchange flows
- Create and track change requests and deployment entries
- Execute testing scenarios for SWG NPA BWAN and conditional access
- Maintain Rally user stories and task boards
- Maintain token documentation and perform token rotation
- Monitor UBEA dashboards and escalate abnormal behavior
- Monitor remote access mailbox and triage issues
- Review Netskope alerts and coordinate with CyberOps
- Run and schedule reports using templates
- Support testing of publisher connectors and validate applications post update
- Troubleshoot applications and create TAC cases
- Update SOPs KBAs and troubleshooting guides
- Validate application behavior across environments
