E-commerce Fulfillment Supervisor (Overnights)
Tasks
- Address damaged product
- Administer warehouse training and communication
- Complete incident reports
- Conduct monthly safety meetings
- Conduct shift and departmental meetings
- Dispatch and reroute transportation issues
- Enforce safety rules and policies
- Ensure security measures and regulatory compliance
- Ensure warehouse sanitation and housekeeping
- Maintain staffing levels
- Manage workforce rotation and assignments
- Monitor inbound and outbound product flow
- Monitor inventory and fulfillment issues
- Oversee shift operations
- Participate in hiring and interviews
- Provide mentoring and training
- Run quality audit and control programs
- Track productivity and quality standards
