- Define and govern data sources business rules and quality standards
- Deploy and manage CRM and customer data platforms
- Develop dashboards and reports for KPI tracking
- Drive change management and adoption of data platforms and digital products
- Ensure responsible use and capability enablement for AI solutions
- Implement AI strategy at country level
- Maintain digital asset management via one registry
- Manage AI and digital products for engagement and productivity
- Manage compliant database management for medical and access data
- Own trusted view of business critical data
- Support digital governance champion responsibilities
- Translate digital data and analytics strategy into local solutions
