Tasks
- Assess contractor qualifications safety record and capacity
- Assist with lighting and non core ECM opportunity development
- Coach field project managers to improve execution and safety
- Develop executable scopes of work
- Develop implement and maintain standard work for fulfillment
- Drive consistency in project handoff and execution across regions
- Identify process inefficiencies and remove workflow waste
- Identify safety risks during site visits and planning
- Issue field reports with findings and recommendations
- Participate in contractor walks scope reviews and bid leveling
- Partner with development and preconstruction teams for project planning
- Promote safety culture and safe work practices
- Provide North America fulfillment support for lighting projects
- Support contractor identification evaluation and engagement
- Support fulfillment readiness and field coordination
- Support project logistics sequencing and constructability
- Support regional teams in project planning and execution
- Use Procore and Snapcount for project coordination and visibility
- Visit project sites to identify issues and recommend corrective actions
- Write and review RFPs for contractors and vendors
