Tasks
- Develop and implement new technologies and methodologies
- Ensure quality deliverables on time within budget
- Establish quality management procedures for data integrity completeness currency reproducibility performance
- Identify root causes and implement remedial actions
- Lead product and platform requirements gathering and negotiations
- Maintain controlled documentation for data delivery design modification testing deployment validation
- Maintain internal tracking databases and systems
- Manage change orders and out of scope tasks
- Manage data delivery and analytical reporting development process improvements
- Manage end to end delivery of data products and platforms
- Perform customer management for data delivery and reporting
- Present lessons learned at workshops and conferences
- Provide leadership for project planning execution and close out
- Serve as escalation point for data product issues
- Serve as subject matter expert
- Support RFP process and bid defense
- Support SOW and budget management for data delivery products
- Train and mentor team on data management best practices
