Medicare & Medicaid Enrollment Supervisor
Tasks
- Conduct enrollment audits and documentation reviews
- Coordinate with internal departments for enrollment discrepancies
- Ensure participant enrollment data accuracy
- Handle Medicare entitlement management and communications
- Manage Medicaid eligibility maintenance
- Manage retroactive enrollment and disenrollment requests
- Oversee Medicaid renewals and redeterminations
- Oversee Medicare enrollment and disenrollment
- Perform CMS transaction report reconciliation
- Reconcile enrollment and eligibility across systems
- Track exceptions and resolve outstanding transactions
- Train enrollment staff and implement QA processes
- Update MARx enrollment records
