Field Supervisor, Telecom Fulfillment
Tasks
- Communicate workload reroutes escalations with client and internal teams
- Distribute and rebalance daily work assignments
- Ensure assigned market tasks are completed on time and to quality standards
- Ensure contracted crews follow safety standards and applicable laws
- Ensure equipment and resources are secured and maintained
- Mentor and develop technicians during ride along
- Monitor technician progress using workforce tools
- Onboard new contractor crews
- Oversee daily installation fulfillment operations
- Perform in person quality checks and coaching
- Respond to client calls and escalations
- Run daily KPI verification calls
- Support CPE deliveries and manage stocking scanning and assignment
- Support technicians with troubleshooting by phone or on site
- Track and collect required client equipment
- Travel to project sites and support field operations
- Validate not done jobs by contacting customers
- Verify technician logins and route readiness
