Tasks
- Analyze processes for pain points and bottlenecks
- Build automation solutions from use case identification to handover
- Build data quality assurance for imported data
- Create business cases and presentations
- Create dashboards and visualizations
- Create process maps value stream maps future state designs
- Develop and track KPIs
- Develop data collection templates
- Develop process reengineering solutions
- Develop proofs of concept and minimal viable products
- Facilitate workshops and Kaizen events
- Gather, analyze and interpret data
- Implement automation development and deployment best practices
- Mentor junior team members
- Perform root cause analysis
- Perform statistical analysis
- Research and evaluate automation tools and technologies
- Support process improvement initiatives
- Write Python scripts to automate tasks
