AI Engineer / Senior Platform Support Assistant Vice President

Tasks
- Automate support workflows and self healing
- Develop runbooks and SOPs with L1 L2 teams
- Drive L3 escalation for Gen AI incidents
- Ensure platform configurations meet security compliance and data governance
- Manage incidents and problem management with ITIL processes
- Monitor and optimize Gen AI workload health performance and cost
- Participate in on-call rotations
- Perform root cause analysis for outages and failures
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship
- Stay current with platform updates and deprecations
- Troubleshoot end to end architecture for Gen AI platforms
- Validate model endpoints and manage releases and rollbacks
