- Assist training and onboarding for I 9 administrators
- Complete work authorization updates
- Investigate access configuration and compliance issues
- Monitor E-Verify exceptions to resolution
- Monitor I 9 updates due in software system
- Perform E-Verify for new hires and rehires
- Process and maintain Form I 9s
- Respond to phone and electronic inquiries
- Support new hire orientations
- Troubleshoot issues in production support applications
- Upload Form I-9 information to vendor systems
