Tasks
- Align AI initiatives with business transformation goals
- Build executive dashboards and reporting
- Contribute to AI factory setup and AI use case industrialization
- Coordinate cross functional ERP transformation projects
- Create AI delivery strategy and roadmaps
- Define and track performance KPIs
- Define make or buy approaches
- Design agentic workflows for automation
- Identify and manage technical and functional dependencies
- Implement continuous improvement framework using Lean and Agile
- Map business processes and identify optimization opportunities
- Pilot AI and GenAI project portfolio prioritization
- Run vision and use case workshops
- Structure proof of value for AI and GenAI
- Track program dependencies and overall progress
