Operations Officer, Embedded Finance
Tasks
- Coordinate RTP and FedNow operational workflows
- Coordinate with processors and operational partners on payment issues
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and regulations
- Escalate suspicious activity to BSA Fraud and Risk teams
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks and settlement discrepancies
- Manage ACH lifecycle including returns reversals and exceptions
- Monitor transactions for processing accuracy and timing
- Support audit requests operational reviews and regulatory requirements
- Support daily payment operations across payment rails
- Support operational readiness testing and execution for debit card programs
- Support settlement activities funding and reconciliation
