Tasks
- Assist with audit preparation
- Coordinate vendor shipping confirmations
- Create and correct SKUs
- Create and process job orders
- Ensure pricing accuracy and vendor alignment
- Maintain centralized operational reporting
- Monitor order status and escalate exceptions
- Reconcile memo returns and track exceptions
- Resolve duplicate or incorrect SKUs
- Respond to store and vendor inquiries
- Support QC workflows
- Support central receiving workflows
- Support shop supply ordering
- Track order backlog aging and exceptions
- Validate stock receipts before store distribution
