Assembly Fulfillment Coordinator - 2nd Shift
Tasks
- Adjust assembly line controls
- Adjust assembly process to meet specifications
- Analyze product assembly
- Assign tasks and give instructions
- Count stack mark band and transport finished product
- Direct fulfillment department employees and equipment
- Follow safe operating procedures
- Investigate equipment failures and take corrective action
- Investigate material waste and scrap issues
- Investigate product quality issues and take corrective action
- Investigate safety issues and take corrective action
- Manage material flow to assembly lines
- Measure product dimensions
- Observe lines for defects and malfunctions
- Participate in area meetings
- Participate in testing and inspection
- Participate in training and development
- Perform inventory transactions
- Perform minor machine maintenance
- Perform miscellaneous job related tasks
- Perform quality inspection
- Recommend line operation improvements
- Remove cut pieces from product
- Select install and set up assembly lines
- Set line lineup
