- Perform housekeeping in OMNI area
- Pick orders with RF scanner
- Print shipping labels and packing slips
- Process member orders
- Process returns and determine handling
- Provide Omni operational leadership
- Review daily and weekly OMNI reporting
- Update merchandise locations
- Verify merchandise with RF scanner
