Order Fulfillment Supervisor Full Time
Tasks
- Assess team member performance and provide feedback
- Assist with hiring and performance management
- Direct omni team members
- Ensure orders meet SLA targets
- Ensure safe and compliant operations
- Identify expired or short dated items
- Lead omni fulfillment operations
- Maintain neat clean omni staging area
- Manage returns handling
- Monitor inventory discrepancies
- Package orders per SOP
- Perform daily and weekly omni reporting
- Pick orders using pick list or RF device
- Print shipping labels and packing slips
- Process member orders
- Review ordering and replenishment supplies
- Stage merchandise for pickup or delivery
- Train and coach team members on policies and procedures
- Update merchandise locations
- Verify merchandise with RF scanner
