- Drive omni channel performance

- Handle damaged and spoiled goods
- Identify expired or short dated items
- Maintain policy and procedures
- Manage SFC and BOPIC work area cleanliness
- Manage team performance and coaching
- Monitor employee productivity
- Monitor inventory and equipment issues
- Organize workflow and assign tasks
- Package orders per SOP
- Pick orders using RF scanner
- Print packing slips and shipping labels
- Process member orders
- Process returns
- Provide operational leadership
- Review daily and weekly OMNI reporting
- Review ordering and replenishment supplies
- Set goals and deadlines
- Train team on policies procedures and order pulling
- Update merchandise locations
- Verify merchandise with scanner
