- Coordinate across engineering operations and vendor teams
- Define strategic vision for AI ML driven insights and automated remediation
- Drive adoption of observability as code SLO based alerting and distributed tracing
- Drive data driven shift left incident management and self healing operations
- Establish and track KPIs for incident detection and resolution
- Lead end to end program management for AIOps and observability initiatives
- Maintain program governance with risk dependency tracking and executive reporting
- Manage vendor relationships and tool evaluations for observability platforms
