- Analyze EPIC IDX provider edit reports
- Analyze provider information unit enrollment status reports
- Coordinate with department coordinators
- Enroll providers in government billing systems
- Gather provider enrollment information
- Implement provider enrollment and reenrollment projects
- Maintain provider information
- Recommend improvements to enrollment administration
- Resolve enrollment edit issues from billing operations
- Serve as liaison with billing clinical departments and government agencies
- Submit provider enrollment applications
- Track and log enrolling providers
- Train new staff on IDX Cactus EPIC maintenance
- Train new staff on enrollment application processing guidelines
- Update provider numbers in IDX and Cactus
- Work with TMHP and Medicare PECOS
