- Analyze process patterns for continuous improvement
- Apply Lean methodologies to improve efficiency
- Build and lead a team for business area objectives
- Coach and mentor team members
- Collaborate with area operations managers to optimize capacity
- Conduct performance and career development conversations
- Coordinate with human resources maintenance and ICQA teams
- Develop operational policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethics standards
- Ensure quality control standards compliance
- Maintain team motivation and engagement
- Manage product sorting accuracy and order quantities
- Monitor team performance and productivity against KPIs
- Oversee inbound unloading receiving hauling and stocking
- Oversee outbound pick pack and ship operations
- Oversee preparation and loading for efficient distribution
- Plan and manage budgets for multiple areas
- Prevent product backups by coordinating inbound flow
- Provide feedback to area managers
- Recommend staffing and workload levels
- Review and verify incoming inventory reports
- Review and verify outbound inventory reports
