Senior Data Engineer — Lab Data Pipelines & Data Mesh (12 month FTC)

Tasks
- Curate and publish data products in data mesh
- Define standardized lab schemas
- Design end to end data ingestion validation transformation loading
- Embed auditability data integrity controls and role based access
- Engineer instrument and robotics connectivity
- Implement LLM assisted extraction from ELNs
- Implement logging alerting lineage retries and runbooks
- Integrate heterogeneous sources including files vendor exports and REST APIs
- Provide APIs datasets and curated views for scientists
- Translate requirements across scientists engineers and IT to deliver capabilities
