Tasks
- Attract retain and develop AI engineering talent through mentoring and coaching
- Contribute to technical vision and long term roadmap for foundational AI systems
- Develop LLM optimization techniques for production systems
- Make build vs buy decisions for AI technologies
- Oversee design development testing deployment and support of AI software components
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products
