Tasks
- Assist contract management
- Conduct weekly conference calls with HQ production planner
- Consolidate weekly sales reports and order reports
- Coordinate delivery dates with factory output dates
- Coordinate logistics for demo equipment import export
- Follow up with HQ service team on technical issues from dealers
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries
- Maintain e-filing system for orders and customer references
- Maintain order and sales tracking system against forecast
- Manage receivables and short shipments
- Organize distributor performance sales in out and targets
- Prepare documents and letters of authorization for projects and tenders
- Process orders refunds and warranty replacements through shipment completion
- Support process improvement projects
- Update installed base reference and dealer pending orders
