- Advise leadership with technical options and trade off recommendations
- Architect agent orchestration and workflow systems
- Assess GenAI and agent advancements and drive secure compliant upgrades
- Coordinate end to end delivery execution and remove blockers
- Create skill registry and reusable delivery patterns
- Define platform governance for safe repeatable delivery
- Develop reference implementations and developer enablement for platform adoption
- Implement observability with logs, metrics, and traces
- Integrate tools and functions into agent workflows
- Manage memory and state for agent systems
- Manage platform performance with SLOs and success metrics
- Partner with stakeholders to define and build GenAI agent platform
- Run evaluations and tune reliability accuracy latency and cost
