- Build adoption frameworks with success metrics
- Create reusable internal assets and reference implementations
- Define AI guardrails and responsible usage policies
- Define and track AI and automation impact metrics
- Define vision OKRs and performance standards
- Design and run AI and automation programs
- Embed AI and automation into onboarding and learning
- Ensure auditability and traceability of AI workflows
- Ensure pilots transition to production workflows
- Establish ROI framework for AI initiatives
- Lead automation team hiring and org design
- Lead structured AI watch and market trend analysis
- Oversee data handling access controls and leakage prevention
- Serve as internal consultant to leadership
- Support marketing sales and GTM enablement with AI narratives and demos
- Translate insights into prioritized pilots and internal playbooks
