- Evaluate recommend cross platform AI frameworks for M365 implementation
- Implement AI governance and security compliance controls
- Implement retrieval grounding indexing with SharePoint and Microsoft Graph
- Integrate agents with knowledge sources using approved connectors and Graph APIs
- Lead proof of concept work for Microsoft AI capabilities
- Operate on call support for production agents
- Perform root cause analysis for agent incidents
- Prototype and productionize agents for crew workflows
- Provide tier 3 escalation and technical consultation
