Tech Lead — ASR / TTS / Speech LLM (IC + Mentor)
Tasks
- Architect and optimize training recipes
- Collaborate with ML-ops for production readiness and observability
- Design data pipelines for synthetic and real data generation
- Ensure Kubernetes autoscaling for high concurrency inference
- Evaluate and benchmark open source speech models
- Guide evaluation cycles drift monitoring and failover
- Implement language model biasing APIs
- Lead end to end development of ASR TTS Speech LLM models
- Lead integration with Triton Inference Server and TensorRT
- Mentor engineers on data curation and model serving
- Own technical roadmap for model selection fine tuning and deployment
- Use WFST grammars and context biasing for domain accuracy
