- Balance feature delivery with platform stability scalability and technical debt
- Collaborate with engineering on integrations data models and platform performance
- Communicate roadmap progress tradeoffs and outcomes
- Create product requirements and prioritize backlog
- Define and monitor platform KPIs
- Define customer personas and journeys
- Identify and eliminate friction points across analytics workflow
- Improve self service analytics usability discoverability and governance
- Own analytics platform vision strategy and roadmap
- Standardize dashboards metrics semantic layers and data visualization
